    Start with Essentials or go straight to Pro. Your plan is billed by Serverlys with the rest of your services.

    Open it from Serverlys

    Your ConvoAI workspace is created with the order. Click Manage ConvoAI on the service and you are signed in — no second account to create.

  3. 3

    Teach it and go live

    Set up your agent from your website and documents, then add the chat to your site and connect WhatsApp or email.

What does ConvoAI Essentials include?

Essentials puts one AI Employee on your website chat, with 65 AI replies every two weeks, quick answers, built-in CRM contacts and instant human handoff. There is no charge and no time limit. Pro adds WhatsApp, email and more AI replies.

Can I move between Essentials and Pro later?

Yes. Open your ConvoAI service in the Serverlys client area and choose Upgrade / Downgrade. Your agent, conversations and contacts stay as they are.

Where do I sign in to ConvoAI?

From your Serverlys client area. In your services, open ConvoAI and click Manage ConvoAI — it signs you straight in with your Serverlys login.

Who bills me?

Serverlys. ConvoAI appears on your Serverlys invoices next to your other services, under Billing.
